Stirlingshire Places Added

Stirlingshire has been added as a region in Scotland. Stirling is also still a City in Stirling while I have added Bannockburn, Bridge of Allan, Callander, Cowie, Doune, Dunblane, Fallin, Raploch and St Ninians to the game as part of Stirlingshire with their correct latitude, longitude and population. This way newgens in the game will be more detailed with what area of Stirling they come from.

This is part of a bigger project where I will also add the Stirling regional league, add more people from Stirling who the game left out and add more detail to players and clubs who are on Stirling.

This same file was previously available but for some reason it had added nation rules. I have re-uploaded it so this time it can be easily used along with other editor files.
