Description
Instant Shouts
This mod removes the recovery time (cooldown) from every shout, for a very long time (around 8000 in-game days).

How do I make it work?
Just pray at any Talos Shrine. The Talos Blessing will give you 100% recovery time for every shout, including custom shouts!

I want recovery time again!
To remove the blessing, simply pray at any other god shrine.

Requirements
This mod only requires the base game.

Compability
This mod is compatible with every mod that doesn't change the Talos Shrine effects.

This reminds me of my "shout rage" mod but this is for you and my mod is for other people.

I've been looking through so many command guides to see if there was a command to do that other than using god mode.

Just ope nthe consol and type: player.forceav shoutrecoverymult 0
Then hit enter, then BAM! No need to wait for the mod to load! You can still download it if you what tho
