Description
Adds two new items to the game: one passive and one active.

-Rage
- Passive
- Gives damage bonus proportional to amount of enemies
- Lose portion of damage bonus when enemies are killed

-Medusa's Head
- Active
- 4 Room Charge
- Deals 4x damage to every enemy in the room
- Freezes all enemies for 6 seconds

I will add more as I continue to make new items.

how about an item called Isaac's Soul, where it gives you higher damage the higher devil deal chance you have and higher chance of soul heart/eternal hearts dropping at higher angel room chances? with chances being permanent after womb and the goat head only giving half the dmg?
