Before You Start
Locomancer can load models exported from Tilt Brush, but it does not load brush textures or active brush effects. please keep this in mind when painting your scenery. For the best "what you see is what you get" result use the duct tape or paper brushes.
Paint Your Scenery

Okay, done.

On a more serious note, Tilt Brush sketches are pretty geometry heavy so try not to go too overboard with details or you might overwhelm Locomancer when you try to load it or try to actually place it in your layout.
Exporting
To export your scenery, swipe to the Tools panel on the palette controller (left hand?) and click the more button:

Click the Labs button:

Click the Export button:
Your model should be exported to a folder located in C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Tilt Brush\Exports

Rename the Untitled.fbx to something useful:
Copy the .fbx file to the models folder C:\Users\[Windows Username]\Documents\my games\Locomancer\models (might be My Documents instead of Documents, please ignore the path in the image):

You're ready to import your model and create your custom scenery.
