"Vyzlomka" OSV-96

Here's the "Vyzlomka", based off the Russian KBP Instrument Design Bureau OSV-96, a semi-automatic 12.7mm anti-materiel rifle. Basically the .50 Cal Barrett M82's evil brother. I felt that the Grizzly needed a ranger competitor so here it is!

It has a 4 round magazine capacity and does a maximum of 99 damage towards players if not a headshot like the other vanilla snipers. Despite this, it has an increased mulitplier for bodyshots and greatly increased environmental damage (Vehicles, Buildings, etc.)
