to terror, the comment under me, the reason curse of the unknown is always active is because thats the only way too replace the UI of the hearts with something else, there is a bomb character that uses bombs as health that has to do the same thing.

can you remove the always curse of the unknow(health bar is gone)

So I gave it a playthrough and I do have a couple points.

1. Devil rooms are free just like the Lost, but he lacks the weakness of the Lost. If possible, I'd make it so temporarily devil deals remove bits of his charge bar as if he'd been damaged, so that way you can still recover from them but there's still a risk incurred by taking them since you never know when the next battery comes along. If possible I'd make it so taking battery damage also lessens your chances of a devil room.

2. Most items cosmetically override the teddy bear appearance, like roid rage completely overrided his head. I don't know how much you can actually do about that.

and on more of a general complaining note rather then being critical, guess what item I found for sale in one of the devil rooms during my playthrough? Mega Blast, as a character who can't drop their active item. Yeah, I raged XD

Elya Draganesti, but that's the point! Teddy is Isaac teddybear, do you think that it would be in good conditions? His eyes are now buttons and his ear is missing a little piece!

I'd like to see better sprite because his eyes in game are quite creepy :d
