2013 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor (NEW LIGHTING)

All new for 2013, the Ford Sedan Police Interceptor is a law enforcement variant of the Ford Taurus available with two different engines; a standard 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 280 hp/250 lb-ft of torque and an optional 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 that yields 365 hp/350 lb-ft of torque. Standard AWD and brake actuated traction control aid in pursuit driving. Law enforcement features include heavy duty 18-inch wheels, heavy duty anti-lock disc brakes, heavy-duty suspensions, upgraded cooling system, 220-amp alternator, underbody deflection plates, and micro-chip free fleet keys. The Interceptor vehicles also feature SYNC®, steering wheel mounted controls, and Blind Spot Information System (BLIS). The Sedan Police Interceptor is backed by a 5-year/100,000-mile extended plan warranty
