Medium Base

This was originally the mediu pirate salavage base I repurposed for myself. I made the following changes

1. Fully repaired it (I think).
2. Got rid of all the chairs and garbage inside.
3. Removed 2 of the assemblers, and added 2 refinerys (under the floor).
4. Added oxygen farms on top where grinders were, oxygen tanks (under the floor), and air vents inside.
5. Repositioned the turrets and added more since I use this on an asteroid near pirate spawns in survival.
6, For offloading big ships that you can't land on the pads I added extendable offloading piston.connectors on both sides.
7. There is also a piston connector on the bottom if you have a ground based rover or something. Since this is ment to be partially in the ground I didn't set the travel beyond 3m. You can change that to suit your needs.
8. Added simple airlocks so you don't have to keep opening the big doors to get in and out if you don't want (I removed the big doors totally myself)
9. Added piped med bay
