there are quite a few "required" assets in this one but it was not surposed to on public view so i didnt put them on ... its things like fences and walls plants and rubbish bins ... i am not going to update the required list as this will be taken care of when i put the collectioon that im working on together and upload

In fact I place it yesterday (2/5/2017) in my new city, next to a small playground + another park: PERFECT !

@lys_knight ... hail fellow Knighth ... didnt even mean to put on public ... glad you like it though ... keep your eyes peeled im in the process of doing a load of vanilla stuff to help with loading times and asset collecting habbits LOL
