(SP) "336th Guards Brigade" - USSR

The western countries have provoked the Soviet Union for decades, being halted only because of the risk of a nuclear warfare, but the situation had to end. After a politic crisis caused by mass arrests of CIA agents in the USSR and other Warsaw Pact countries' soil, air space violations by the US Air Force and military tensions in Germany, the fire has been ignited by a skirmish in the Berlin Wall that resulted in the deaths of 28 RFA soldiers and 45 RDA infantrymen.

The year is 1987, and the Warsaw Pact has declared an open war against NATO forces in Europe. Soviet forces push the enemy several kilometres away of their frontiers, and they can reach important cities of the continent as their overwhelming power crushes any resistance of NATO forces.

The 336th Guards Brigade of the Soviet Naval Infantry is part of the USSR force that is invading the little country of Bystrica. They have reached the town of Gdagów, in an eastern region of the country. It is well defended by Bystrican National Guard forces, who use US weaponry. The mission of the 336th Guards Brigade is to assault the town after some mortar fire, using the surprise factor to crush the capitalist enemy. Go on comrades! To Victory!
