Pimped out Solitude V.1.1 + Library

Description
This mod makes Solitude look more lively without ridiculously changing the entire city!

This version includes:

-The palace courtyard has been transformed into a magical garden fir for a king
-Benches and trees have been added to the streets
-More flags and rugs have been placed
-More trees have been planted
-Strange formations can be found in the Blue Palace, notably in the Pelagius Wing
-A secret entrance has been added to enter the palace
-A library has been added near proudspire manor

In the next version:

-More greenery and decorations near the temple
-New trees
-More shops

Please add a Spire to Proudspire Manor. It is a more than ridiculous name IF it doesn't have a spire to be proud of.

The blackreach stuff is just to give the blue papalce a bit of a twist since I found it a bit boring. The floating trees and whatever aren't really visible from the rest of the town.

Trees are lovely in the shots, but personallyl I think the giant floating Blackreach mushrooms are a bit much....
