I only tried running the game and starting a new campaign with Dad's and it worked. Haven't tested in-depth but I see no reason why there'd be problems since the two mods cover completely different areas and this game's mod editor is very good at simply making things work. The mod support for this game is remarkably good in general.
Does your mod overlapp with dad's unit-enhancement or should hey be compatibel?
Thank you. :)

I will. I'm merely following the order of factions as they are in the data file, going from top to bottom.
