Hannibal Barca does not scare me, tactical genius yes, but the bar for tactical genius has gone up considering the portion of the population that play tactical stategic games is several 1000% what it was, Hanibal Lektar much more scary

I think hanibal would not be so impressed, he had an entire army, you have just a boat sir.
OC your weapons are way more advanced then hanibal's wildest dreams, but immagine what he could have done with all his manpower....

This version does very good at long range , so u might want to change naval AI seetings to keep it at long range, obviosly the overcompensator cannon will occasionally jam against turret, and the AI is not smart enough to look the other way. If you are out there hannibal I do not taste good
