50% increased unit upkeep

Description
This mod simply increases unit upkeep on the campaign level for each difficulty, human and AI by a set percentage.

I uploaded versions for 50%, 100% and 150% increases. Should work for vanilla and all mods. Does not touch actual unit values, just the campaign.

With which tool did you create your mods?

Confirmed working, using it with Radious and several other mods right now. Needs to be loaded first, which should happen automatically as the first characters of the mod name are numbers. If it doesn't work, try adding "@@@" in front of the file name, this should cause it to be loaded before anything else.

You can adjust it in the pack file manager by selecting 'apply expression' above the upkeep column and using a value of your choice.
