BARNEY CALHOUN PACK FOR XCOM2

This pack adds a voice pack for Barney Calhoun to XCOM2; lines are taken from HL1 and HL2. A radio filter was added since there's a huge gap in quality between the two games and it was the best way to make it not stand out so much.

Video will come later, I tried recording it and in XCOM style died horribly.

Feel free to do what you want with this pack, as long as you credit me (James 'Jblade35' Stanfield)
and the guys below as well.
