Railway Station with Pedestrian Bridges.

After placing a railway station I am always sorting out connections to the pedestrian system within the particular city. This has helped me out a lot!

This asset straddles a six lane highway perfectly. The pedestrian bridges at either end connect not only to either side of the road but also directly to the platform.

This has two distinct advantages:

Bus Routes - Options are plentiful and not restricted simply to the station side of the road. Four seperate stops fit easily and please do not forget that you can use a single stop for more than one bus route.

Pedestrians - If you have an overhead pathway system the connections are obvious to you but even if you do not. Please do not miss out on the opportunity for your people to walk directly onto the station platform by connecting footpaths at ground level from the rear of the station to the flat spot of footpath at the bottom of the rear pedestrian ramps.
