Description
Indigestion: Your stomach turns...

This passive item causes Isaac to vomit up some pickups!

However, it's not too overpowered:

- You must be holding down fire for a while to vomit
- You can only vomit 2 pickups per room
- This is all luck-based

It may be overpowered, but it's still nowhere near as overpowered as several other items in the game. Remember, you have to get it first.

It seems op. I would suggest making it a active item instead of passive OR nerfing it a lot. only one item per room and with a good chance of no item or only a penny
