rail pt boat frag ammo

Description
small early game ship meant for pairs has a nasty rail gun and with a steam electric engine at a burn rate of 1 material per second of 12000 total. her main weapons are a 120mm rail gun and a twin torp launcher in the back has some basic side shields to help it while it circles. speeds tend to vary from 20-25m/s.

also this is a ship for the start of the game so tried to make it cheap to field

speed is the intent but also using the smaller profile for added stealth causing more misses from enemys cannons(missiles don't give a damn about stealth)

if speed is your intent, this can be made to do over 50 without to much trouble

has a sister variant that is faster but lost the gun for missles.
