Just dock your HV with a landing Pad. You have probably not the same faction applied to your HV and the ship.

so your saying HV's wont just fall through when you take off? ive spent 6 hours today downloading different CV's and its happened with every one.

It is possible. I made a rear door for HV.
You only need a landing pad on your HV; Personnaly, i i put it on one side and dock the HV against the wall.

can anyone confirm if they know mining HV's can be transported to other planets on this?
