Duewag TW 601

Because of reconstrution of the tram infrastructure of Hanover to a Stadtbahn infrastructure the Üstra needs new vehicles whose are suitable to use in an Stadtbahn system.
To test this the two prototypes TW 600 from LHB and TW 601 from Duewag where built.
After the TW 6000 goes in service the prototypes were decommissioned.
The TW 601 was shipped to Canada. In Canada the TW601 should be used as demonstration vehicle but the TW 601 is never used for it
From 1988 to 2016 the TW 601 was part of the museum fleet from the Edmonton Radial Railway Society. In 2016 the TW 601 was shipped back to Hanover an is now used as museum tram by the Förderverein Straßenbahn Hannover e.V

This tram is built for normal track gauge. I recommend to use a mod for normal track gauge tram tracks.
