How could it come to this... We fought hard so very hard, yet they came through and slaughtered the lot of us. Just as we thought it was time to settle down. How could we have been so wrong?

~Note: I have added 3 different colors so no need to change everything to black!

~Story:
50 Terran Years after leaving Earth.
Tonight it all went to hell, they were immense far beyond us, they had weapons of light and ships made from something harder than any steel man could ever produce. They killed off our biggest battleships and dreadnaughts in less than an hour. We were doomed. All our civilian ships and mining installations quickly left in massive groups to try and escape the horror, but they sent battleships after us to prevent our escape. Thousands died. They horribly damaged our ship and destroyed the rest, we could not understand it but we were spared the ultimate death of our comrades. We looked about. Behind us there was clashing of metal and a huge light show, suddenly millions of ships from all across the galaxy were there, fighting a strange black ship covered in light blue markings and symbols. We had a transmission coming from a Terran ship. "We see that you have met our new friends in the galactic neighborhood." We could not share their optimism of the situation, we rushed to send in a message asking what exactly they meant by "New Friends" but with a swift move the black machine simply smashed the Terran ship into the side of an asteroid and went back to fighting the rest of the tiny ships. It was a slaughterhouse. No matter how many ships came to fight they all met the same fate as their fallen combatants, this was a force to be reckoned, no probably even praised in religious manner. These were true Gods. As soon as they had entered they left, only to leave behind some smaller ships which set down on the wreckage and began to harvest it. Once we had repaired our ship, and started to leave we noticed something off in the distance, a black hole of some kind. We decided it would be the only way out of here, so we traveled off for it. The other side was plentiful. After exiting out the other side we found our selves in a galaxy filled with shiny asteroids and what looked to be a star made of platinum, although not even platinum shines like that. We came in close to one of the asteroids, only to find it wasn't just some shiny rock, it was some sorta space age material that was soft to the touch but as soon as force was applied it seemingly hardened to a state much stronger than anything we could theorize. We called Xirion for its wonderful yet alien appearance, taking our place among the stars...
