Rebuilt of the SR-Latch created by Paycheck.

I have done it because of the bad lighting of the above map.
Also includes a small and easy puzzle.
Connection list:
(n = negated, start activated, start reverse)
(~ = affects)
(-> = connects to)
L1n ~ LC1
L2n ~ LC2
F1 ~ BB3
F2 ~ BB4
BB1 (outside left) -> L1n
BB2 (outside right) -> L2n
LC1 -> F1 (change polarity)
LC2 -> F2 (change polarity)
BB3 -> F2 (change polarity), Out1
BB4 -> F1 (change polarity), Out2

Isn't this more complicated (and slower) than the standard SR latch?
