This is a national Wonder so the AI would still build it.

does this interfer with other mods? For example, if I got a mod that makes the AI unable to build wonders, will they be able to build it? Maybe am asking the wrong guy for that and should be asking the other mod creator but if you got an answer it wont hurt, right? :3
