Always Show Ping and Player Count

Description
Always displays part of the debug HUD (ToggleDebugHUD) without having to type it on game restarts (location is not shown). Additionally, adds a background to player count and SFPS so the data is visible at night.

**REMINDERS**

* The server must be running the same mods you are.
* If the mod doesn't seem to work and you are sure you enabled it, quit out of Conan Exiles and launch it again. It seems like mods aren't always hooked in correctly when they're first enabled.

It's 4 years old -- what do you expect? I haven't maintained it.

Hello ...
Need help or advice (to do fashion): the removal of the character and all of its buildings from the server after a week of its lack in the game (you need to solve the problem of clogging of the server players to throw the game).
Who knows what is the link or give advice.

I tried 5 mods yesterday and i did 3 times restart. 3 of them working fine but 2 of them is not working for me. Probably bug or my mistake :)

Noyan: did you enable the mod from the menu, then restart your client entirely? You have to do that for some reason to enable mods. It also requires your chat window to be open (Ctrl+T).
