Serious Sam Xbox Ugh-Zan III

This mod replaces the SSHD Ugh-Zan III model with the Ugh-Zan III model from the Xbox version of SS1.

Apparently, Croteam actually created gloss and normal maps for it during SSHD's development before they decided to work on the HD model instead so I used them for his mesh file. The mod also changes his walking animation to his classic one because it looks way better and those new walking animations were bad anyway.

And yes, his eyes are glowing.
