Equestria Nationality Redux

Description
Adds Equestria from My Little Pony as a country for character customization.

Released by ZachAwesomeness a year ago, but with a bugged shader cache, the unmodified XComGame src, and even a compiled copy of XComGame.u that wasn't used bloating it to a whopping 140MB.
I've done absolutely nothing here but clean it up, since after this long I imagine he isn't planning on fixing it.

well i guess it happend that i cant use this mod anymore in WOTC. Can you update the mod?

I haven't tested this in a while, but I can't imagine anything on the game end having been updated, with or without WOTC, that would break such a simple mod ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Does this work for WotC? I honestly don't know whether it does or not and I really want to use it, but I have no desire to break my game or anything similar...

Thank you for doing this; I knew my mod had some problems as it was my first attempt to mod making, so I never really got around to fixing them as I did not know really what was to be fixed, so thank you for making this and fixing those problems :) I included a link to your mod on mine in case anyone goes there, so they can get to this version.
