Kirah the Shut In - follower/house (no mods)

Adds a new Follower, House and Quest. Can be started by reading the note on the Bee and Barb counter.

Mod info.
Follower: Kirah travelled from Solitude to Riften and didn't have the best journey south, after which she rented a room in the Bee and Barb and decided to never leave. Two and a half years later she starts to overhear rumours of the Dragonborn and thinks that they might be able to help her. She's a nord but shorter than most and uses two daggers. She levels with player and has a few useful perks.

House: The house is actually Kirahs Room that you'll be sharing, located upstairs in the Bee and Barb. It also has a few interact spots like leaning on wall, sitting on bed for Kirah to use.

Quest 1: A small search quest around Riften for notes, letting you know more of Kirahs backstory. Unmarked.
Quest 2: Has you fulfilling Kirahs revenge.

No DLC or Mods required just sub, load and play. Though the tembtra thief armour doesn't hurt ;)

Kirah can now unlock locks and is better at stealth.
Removed unused assets.
Added Bronn, Kirahs assassination target.
Fixed Greyface with new face textures.
Re-written some notes.
HQ key is no longer a stolen item.

Added two weapon plaques for the akaviri katanas or your own weapons.
Fixed lighting bug in Kirahs room, added alchemy sachet beside table and gave Kirah the silent roll and lightfoot perks for better game play.
Fixed Bug now Kirah will follow you back into HQ
