• 1 - subscribe to this addon
  
• 2 - start the game
  
• 3 - in the game menu, go to Option > Multiplayer > Spraypaint Image > Custom Spray and select one of the 4 versions listed above.

• 3 - open console and choose your version between

Make sure your video options are set to the highest, or you may not see the spray changing properly.
Other players won't be see the spray right after you've installed it. It takes 24 to 48h for Valve to properly install a fresh spray, be patient.
