Plumbatarii

Description
A mimmick of Rome: Barbarian Invasion's Plumbatarii unit. Well armoured and weaponized, they excel in range and melee. Plumbatarii is exclusive to the Western Roman Empire and Eastern Roman Empire, and can be recruited from Level 3 barracks.

Fantastic mod, good sir. These guys and upgraded Foederati spears with 5 ammo have replaced my jav skirmishers, so now my ballistari/javelin(now plumbatarii)/spear fireteams have a lot more flexibility and staying power in combat.

This mod is great. Only complaints I have are that they have a bit to much range and cosmetics

Sassanians first used the darts, and then the Romans copied it, along with Sassanian cavalry. You might consider adding it to the so called Armenian sprear, Paighan, and Tirbad infantry. Paighan (spears) / Tirbad (archers) were also combined into mixed units.

cool! id love if you added a couple of high ammunition light troop versions kind of like light javelinmen, that would be really cool

Good unit. Especially useful for the ERE as they lose essentially any Plumbata armed troops when they upgrade to the Eastern Armoured Legio
