Introducing: Stacked Deck!!
Luck based trinket that have chanse to change your tear into magic card that has tons of random effects (if it hits enemy ofc.)

Kinda yes, point of this item is being random and secret so i try to not spoil all its effects :P

I assume each suit effect is identified to their consumable use?
