Description
To use this mod, you need to select it as the Dataset (instead of the Expansions Dataset) in the Lobby Creation Dialog that opens after you click "Create" in the main menu.

Changes:

Base Tax Rate 50% (Tributing 100 Resorces costs 150)
Banking and Coinage moved to Imperial Age
