Halo Weapon Scripts - MA3A Assault Rifle

Description
Replaces the default AK47 scripts with ones that make the weapon's performance identical to that of Halo Reach's MA37 Assault Rifle since there isn't much info available on the MA3A.

Changes:

Fire rate - 600 RPM

Magazine size - 32 rounds

This mod was created to go along with Danger Wasp's MA3A Assault Rifle addon.

Ended up removing that since it was conflicting with the gun itself.

The ammo counter still reads 40 for me.
