Hardware Mod - REVAMPED

Description
Welcome to the Hardware Mod, for Alpha 8 & Alpha 9 & Alpha 10 (beta, may not work)!

Make your own hardware for phones, tablets, computers, laptops the lot!

Lets take a look at the current features:
- 12 current "software" types (this is 3 extra than the original hardware mod with more to come!)
- corrections from the original mod (spelling mistakes)
- extra features in the software types (extended list found in 'Change Notes')
- descriptions added to every feature (never not understand something)

And most importantly - the mod is ALIVE again!

Current Change Notes can be found in the appropriate tab above...

Mod Incompatibilities:
- Hardware Mod (by AlbinoGeek, the original mod)
- Akrotech Hardware (by Vairz, an alternative hardware mod)
- The Going Mobile Mod (by NarodGaming, a different phone mod)
- ... and any other hardware mod for that matter

I would obviously like to credit AlbinoGeek on his previous work on this mod - and his previous open-source license which allows the new project to exist today.

@Kingdark - I did not ever update it to the newer format, one of the reasons being I believe the game now had some hardware like things built-in. There's a fair amount of overlap so the mod would essentially need re-writing from scratch to work properly and not duplicate stuff already now added.

@Narod Thanks for your response. Of course, we appreciate whatever time you can spare on these types of mods. Hopefully the dev will get the modding info updated. I'm sure that's in the plan somewhere. Good luck!

@scott4dges - I've taken a look in to the Alpha 11 modding support - and they've drastically changed the entire formatting scheme (essentially the language the mod is in) and due to that it would take likely several hours to sort this mod back out. Whilst I might get that sort of time in the future, the modding guide for it is completely absent so I'd be left guessing as to how to fix the mod. Sorry.

Alpha 11.2.2 is saying this mod isn't compatible and causing errors. Hopefully this mod might get re-worked or updated? Always loved the hardware component stuff.

also the spacing is between physical is a bit annoying

@Gamefaith I'll look into the issue with training, I don't personally micro-manage training (just let the HR do it). It affects their ability to make a good "Physical" product, which goes for Processors, Graphics Cards, etc. If they have a poor ability, they will "ruin" the product.

Yea but you can't send to train the Physical skills what do you do to improve it quick? and what does it affect?

@Gamefaith I don't really understand what you mean...? If you mean improve the skill, then it works the same way as any other skill in that regard.
