Description
Want to go for the long haul? Well this is the Frieghtliner for you. Concordia engineers were baffled when I asked them to make a ship that held more cargo than the Dynastes. So I asked the fellas at the junkyard to throw something together. And alas! The Dynastes Mk_II was born. Its basically 2 additional Dynastes ships ontop of the orginal Dynastes welded together. Don't worry, I was told it will hold. Unfortunatly, there are no extra turrets. But there is extra Heavy Weapons Ammo and a Cloak was added incase you don't have a fleet with you and you need to hide and evade enemies. This baby will carry 3 times what the Dynastes would. And its much cheaper to help you get a fresh start on making credits quicker. Have fun! Ship specs below.

I just tried to load it from a freelancer game start and game crashed could you do a favor and see if it still works. I do have mods besides yours so may be why but thought why not ask

@Alpha-methyl, look 3 comments down below your comment, and you will see the pathway and file to edit the stats of any modded ship you have downloaded. The shp file is written in very clear plain English. You can change the cost, as well as, any other stats at your leisure within seconds.

This would be pretty cool if it wasn't so damn cheap. A ship with profit potential like that needs to be a little harder to buy than existing freighters that are 3x smaller... seems there are so many of these extra ships out there and almost none of them are integrated in away that isn't "cheaty".

Ah... oh well, I guess.

@MagikMurlock, you need to open the .shp file for the specific ship you wish to modify. For example, if you wanted to modify the SuperFreighter you would got to: Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starpoint Gemini Warlords\Mods\SuperFreightliner\Data\Models\Ships\Dynastes_Mk_II and open the Dynastes.shp file. Open it with notepad but make sure not to save it as a .txt. In the file you will see speed, shielding, hull, troop complement and much more plainly written with the number right beside it. Simply change the number of the stat you want to change and save it.

Sorry to hijack this, but how do you alter ships stats for mods? I can't for the life of me figuring out how to modify their stats.

@Knatterfurz yes and no. I set up all my ship mods to be available at Concordia station. However all other in game ships to be available was not my intention. It might be an older txt file that already has all the ship's available. However I am unable to change anything at the moment due to not having a working PC.

your mod enables every ship to be bought at concordia, does this happen on purpose?
