Sylish Medum Office - Marketing/Support Variant

Hello Everyone,

This is my step up build from my starter office build. I wanted to give this build less of a boxy shape which is why I settled on the octagonal shape. I also feel like this also allowed the focal point of this office, the multi-purpose room, a much better sense of place being in the center of everything. I kept the exterior very simple, I wanted it to feel like this company was just starting to make its first major expansion and it was not feasable to go all out on the outside of the building. One feature you will also notice is that there are no windows. I wanted to leave this open you all to set up however you may like.

Here is the list of features for this build I will go more into detail about these as well:
- A large Muti-Purpose Room (MPR) (Currently Outfitted for a Support team with up to 2 Leads and 58 Team Members)
- Expansive lobby with waiting room and guest restroom
- A 22 Chair Boardroom
- 2 8 Chair Breakout Meeting Rooms
- Colorful Canteen with seperate full kitchen
- A seperate area for a small team (Currently supports 1 Team Lead office and 3 single desk offices)
- A Meeting room for 8
- Team Lead office has its own bathroom

For the floorplan picture I have taken out the cubicles in the MPR out, however there are 61 cubicles in the building. They can easily be moved or removed to create pretty much any space you need for your company.

I went with a very large boardroom to try to fit as many people in their as possible for meetings. I added 2 small meeting spaces for small overnight support teams (I keep 3 support teams on a 8 hour shift rotation). The rooms can easily be changed around to fit your comapnies needs.

The seperate office space can be used to house a dedicated marketing team or team leads, its a little nicer then the MPR since each of the 4 offices only has one desk.

My next step from here will likely be a larger office space for a major comapany, I also want to work on building add-on floors for this collection. I feel like this octagonal shape would stack very nicely. I put a room behind the reception desk to maybe hold a staircase in future. For now this serves as restrooms for the muti-purpose room.
