Description
I've decided to try my hand at a No Elements chamber, and here it is... Simplicity. Though simple in design, this chamber is medium difficulty.

If you think you found an unintended solution, please let me know.

As always, feedback is appreciated. Hope you enjoy!

Important Note: Due to the inconsistent physics of the source engine, the solution is kind of finnicky, so it may take 2 or 3 tries to get it absolutely right.

It was fun figuring it out, but I can’t really vouch for this chamber from a logical perspective. The intended set of moves give you, in theory, the exact same momentum that a much simpler set of moves does, yet due to the finicky physics of the game engine and how it handles angled panels the more complex solution works while the simpler one doesn’t. I’m surprised you found the minute differences in how the game handles momentum changes through angled panels and was able to build anti-exploit structures around it. Would be really interested to hear how you did that, not gonna lie.

Difficulty: 3/10
Enjoyed: 6.75/10

I'm not too big a fan of this map just because you were always so close, and even when thinking about the solution with the angled panels being a 1 block height difference, it was hard to see why it would be any different than just jumping off the 1 block ledge. Also I cheated it and jumped off the entrance door to get the 1 and 1/8 block height needed to make the angled panel fling work.

Nice one. I'm not good at this sort of puzzle, but got there after a few (many!) attempts :)

definitely!

Strangely challenging for its size and complexity, isn't it?

My solution is slighlty different with some step more. it was pretty interesting puzzle ;). I love "no elements" theme.
