Report a translation problem
If you or anyone else reading this wants to, feel free to make the adjustments yourself and post them to the workshop. I don't plan on doing anything for INS Source (aside from something personal I am working on), and mabye something in sandstorm depending on what can be done mod wise.
If they don't, then the mod is not enabled and you will need to redownload it, or you may have another mod installed that could be conflicting with this one. Doesn't hurt to double check.
If you do see them, then it is possible it was either the server you were playing on could have it set so that only default skins are used. Be aware though that I have not played Insurgency in quite some time, so I could be talking out of my ass at this point.
If all of those fail, then it may be worthwhile to move the redux_updated.vpk file to your insurgency2>Insurgency>custom folder and see if the mod functions from there. (So just move it from the workshop folder to the custom folder outside).
