@ChaiYoHoYo: These wallpaper do work fine but depending on your OS and system setup, a few people do have trouble getting these to work, check out https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=869402148 it should give you some idea of what it might be. Basically trouble downscaling video files esp if you're using win7.
