Unique Building - Agora PLUS

Description
A reworking of WHoward69's unique Agora building, uploaded with his permission. I made the following changes to the original mod--

* The Agora now replaces the Companion Cavalry unit; people playing as Greece can use Hoplites again.

* The Agora also generates +1 Culture and +1 Gold per turn; this bonus is _in addition to_
WHoward69's original Great Person bonuses. Of course, the new features also make the Agora more
expensive to build!

***WARNINGS:***

1. This mod WILL NOT WORK with two mods by WHoward69--

* The original Agora mod.
* The Unique Building Compendium, which includes the original Agora. (The other unique building mods in his collection wll still work, but must be installed separately.)

2. This mod requires the Gods and Kings expansion.

***NEW IN THIS VERSION:***

* Reworked the file structure so that the mod will unpack properly.
* Added block on conflicting mods.

@honeyz: Since I've never played or modded for the Vanilla version, you'd be better off asking an experienced Vanilla modder to rewrite this. That'd be OK with me, as long as they credited WHoward69 and me for the original!

OK, will rebuild tonight--the unpacking problem always bothered me too.

The mod needs to be rebuilt and reuploaded, open the civ5mod file with winrar, and see: there's already a folder named after the mod, instead of the mod files showing up at the root.

@LinkBrazil: all I did was tweak stats in WHoward69's code. He deserves much more credit than I do!
