Use the Expresion 2 Toolgun Located in the Wire tab Under Chips and Gates to Read Instructions This will open the Gate to The Lost Outpost in Gm_excess_islands

I'd have to reinstall gmod to open up the E2 and check whats up, the map may have been updated too since its been years.

Read the E2 chip on the bottom right of the contraption, I've not played gmod in years but the pass should be in there

Most people don't know how to work wire to open the portal.
