Someone has copied your workshop item. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=917991594 without any changes to it. I downloaded both blueprints and noticed that it was the same plane.

@Foolerton - guess you dont decorate the sky too. On the other hand - no need to use this. Or, simpler put, this item doesnt need lame comments
