Wolf in Sheep's Clothing Made Bearable

Description
This mod tweaks the Chinese Tug variant in Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. The tug's speed is doubled, but all other stats are unadjusted. This should make the mission more manageable via skill than luck.

This mod is stackable with any mod that doesn't adjust tug stats, including all of my own.
