Description
Game freezes when Trade Screen appears, to prevent that you have to use another mod with mine, called "Improved Deal Screen Mod" - it's a UI mod that doesn't changes anything in the game, only how interface in Trade Screen works.

This bundle contain some my Mods and one Mod from another modder - Remgrandt. It's packaged, tested & balanced exactly to work together, making One City Challenge expirience better.

This version was mainly designed for multiplayer as the AI can't expand borders or build cities. So if you want to play vs AI it's better to use the original OCC version only.

Idea is to give enough yields with levels of buildings with only one city and improvements yield changes, while still getting Luxuries / Strategical Resources by expanding your borders using Builders.



Mods in the bundle:

Claim your Lands - Builder
Expand your existing borders without limits - but only with a Builder - by building a new "Claim your Lands!" empty improvement inside your borders, giving you adjacent tiles, even if it's enemy territory.
Expanding doesnt work in improvements/districts, so make sure expand before building an improvement/district.
Work on water tiles too.

Claim your Lands - Fort
Same effect applies automatically when you build a Fort inside your borders.
Fort Improvement and Military Engineer who builds it are now available with Castles Tech.

Great Capital
- Adds 2 extra levels for Buildings with 2x and 3x Production Cost and Bonuses increased respectively ( yields, great person points, slots and maintenance respectively )
- Eureka / Inspirations for having 2-3 buildings in different cities now changed to one building with respective level instead
- Capital starts with 5 Population in Ancient/Classical/Medieval Eras.
- Palace gives +5 Housing.
- Now you need 1 Amenity per 4 citizens instead of 1 Amenity per 2 citizens.
- Policy Cards that boosts district buildings yields works for all 3 levels

Counter Tactics
Add 2 new Policy Cards, that reduces Production Cost by 50% of Spearman ( Craftsmanship ) and Pikeman ( Defensive Tactics ).

Farm your Lands
Farms gives +1 Gold
Build Fishing Boats even in empty Water Tiles, giving you +1 food and +1 gold ( 2 food & 2 gold overall )
Tundra and Tundra Hills -1 Food, +1 Science, and you can build Camps on Tundra empty tiles ( +1 Production )
Snow and Snow Hills +2 Science
Desert and Desert Hills +2 Faith


Wooden Rampart Improvement
Build a new improvement with Builder, no adjacent to each other, giving +4 Strength to Unit standing there.

One City Challenge by Remgrandt
Players cannot own more than one city only - ever. Captured City-States and enemy Capitals can only be razed.

I can't say it's hard to update, but i am doing all that for free, so i don't really think anyone really love that occ mod as i don't receive any kind of 1$ support on patreon for any of my mods yet. So i prefer to work on new mod that might change that.

So I got the One City mod working, all you need to do is add the Improved Deal Screen mod to it and it works fine. There are still some graphic glitches but it's still a good work around.

Some of my mates and I wanted to use your mod, but we discovered that when the diplomacy screen shows up, it makes the game unplayable at that point. None of the buttons on the diplomacy screen work and it requires us to alt+f4 out of it. Upon loading the last save, the save file ends up being corrupted and crashes the game.

I second that. This was the best "One City" mod, and there is still no better replacement, or really anything to replace this mod at all.
