is it possible to have it not start as ultra quality, its laggy even on higher end specs. Also the drop down menu almost never opens

probably one of my favorite that i've found but fuck me if it doesnt mutilate a 2080. literally this wallpaper puts more work on my gpu than any game i've found to date.
