Description
This mod allows you to use the card deck to draw poker cards, and roll dices.

What you can do with a card deck:

1) draw a card:
draw a random card and announce it.

2) draw a hidden card:
draw a random card and not announce it.

3) split deck:
turns one card deck into two.

4) fuse deck:
put multiple card decks into one.

5) flip card:
every card can be flipped at will, so when you place it down, people wont be able to see what card it is.

ONE FLAW: drawing a random car is basically just rolling a random number up to 52, so theres the chance you could end up drawing the same card more than once.


This is an attempt to update this mod to fit with build 41. Currently known issue is when you announce the card, only you can see it. Will be fixed as soon i know how to do it.

Yeah, you can see what card it is, but the 2D sprites look very out of place now.

how low is the quality? can you still see what card it is?

the messages work in the past, im sure of that, i tried it with 2 friends. since the codes havent changed, i assume every message displayed above your head should be visible for everyone nearby.

really not 100% sure about anything tho, havent used this mod myself for a few years now.

I tried it in MP and the deck does announce what card was drawn or if a hidden one was drawn, but I'm not 100% sure other players can see the message. The card items do appear and they can be dropped which then makes them visible to others, but it's a very low quality and oversized 2D sprite.

im not quite sure how to do it, i dont dabble in anything 3D rendering related stuff

i havent used this mod myself for so long i dont even know if its still working with the current build.

is it working at least?

@blue medly, I havent used this mod myself for a while now, so i honestly cant tell. But i assume it should be working just as usual, the lua hasnt changed, the items still are the same format. If you happen to use this mod again and find out something is not working, let me know.
