God and cloak when noclip

A very simple script (10-15 lines lmao) but useful. Many server owners want to have a thing like this: if you are in a noclip mode, you are automatically cloaked and in a god mode protection. With this you can save lot of time because you will avoid to do this manually every time.

THING IS THAT THIS SCRIPT WILL ONLY WORK if you enter in the noclip mode by pressing the +NOCLIP key (default: V) because of how this quick script works. Admin addons like ULX or FAdmin don't work with this script.
I tried to make an automatic thing with ULX but this is so badly coded and I can't override some functions, so the best way to do this will be by editing the files themselves.
