The SS Noveen was developed during Project Noveen founded during the beginning of the CDAR ship center and Mideon partnership, researchers from both companies worked together to develope a ship for the people and the design of the SS Noveen passed trials and is being mass produced for civillian use. a weaponized version was designed and a prototype made but did not pass trials and was scrapped for parts. over 40 designs were made during the Noveen project but only one was made and passed

-not survival ship
-not all that great as it was made before planets were added therefore weakened even with the new improvements
