If you've ever visited or worked on a construction site, you'll have seen tools looking a lot like this one. Painted bright yellow when new to stop them from getting lost among the rubble, but worn and rusted with use in the outdoors.

It seems fair to think that this sort of thing would be lying around on Rust Island with the industrial environments there.
