Perseco's Large HQ

Description
While taking a break from working on my software mod, I decided to start working on a HQ building for my running game. The goals I set:

- Should be buildable in 1980. That means everything included is available at the start of a new game.
- Should have entrances from each side.
- Should line up well with parking spaces.
- Must be buildable anywhere the game lets you build. That means there are no underground areas that could potentially leave the map.
- Must have elevators and stairs as required by most building codes.

I accomplished these goals with this design and made it look fairly attractive in the process.

The Stats:
- 6 floors
- 18 bathrooms, 52 stalls
- 2 canteens & 2 lounges on ground floor
- 2 reception desks
- 16 leader rooms
- 8 meeting rooms
- 368 computers
- 6522.5 square meters of space

Building Cost: $1,164,011 - $2,179,916
Furniture Cost: $488,870

Tips:

- Start by building 6 parking blocks next to a road (or 5 blocks depending on which direction you want it to face). It will make it easier to line up, and you won't have to rebuild the building to make the parking spaces fit.
- There are no servers, printers, distribution, etc... you will have to build those yourself (or until I make more blueprints).
- You have elevators and staircases to work with. If you decide to build out a basement area and want to keep the theme of colors for each floor, just copy the interior color for the ground floor staircase and use it for the basement stairs/elevators, moving the color slider over to the purple area.
- In my game, I cloned the elevator hallways and put them in the basement (select the room, click the clone tool, line it up with the room, then press Q to go down a level and place it... it should line up perfectly if you don't move the mouse), then chose an indigo color (4F34BD) for the interior.
- The floor colors of the meeting and dev rooms are just a lighter shade of each floor's color. This keeps them in theme without being a distraction.

I am having trouble placing the building with all the parking spaces... any hints?

You can just build the building in a new game with lots of cash, select the floor you want to save, then create a blueprint from it.

This looks beautiful. I'd love to see it released as individual floors also, for folks who don't need 300+ employees XD
