Here again...

I have made that skin because i was bored with the original green. I did something a bit "neutral".

I can't. Latest update for Left 4 Dead 2 blocked modders to do any config change in game.

But you can probably do a modify in pak01_dir.vpk, changing the damage in weapon_awp.txt file there.

This is more complicated, but probably can do what you want.
